Palliative Care

Palliative Care

What do we provide?

At Angel Hands, we specialize in palliative care that focuses on improving the quality of life for patients facing serious illnesses by managing symptoms, providing relief, and offering emotional support. Unlike hospice care, which is specifically for patients nearing the end of life, palliative care can be provided at any stage of illness, even while receiving curative treatments. Here’s what we offer:

  • Personalized Care Plans

We create tailored care plans to address each patient’s specific symptoms and needs, helping them live more comfortably.

  • Nurse Visits

Our nursing staff visits as necessary, based on your condition and care needs, to monitor your health and adjust care plans accordingly.

  • Medication Management

We work with your physicians to prescribe medications that alleviate your symptoms, ensuring timely access and adjustments as needed.

  • Home-based Care

Our team brings care to the comfort of your home, allowing you to focus on healing in a familiar environment.

  • Social Services

Our social workers provide support with advance care planning, connecting you to resources, and addressing the emotional and social aspects of your care.

  • Family Involvement

We actively involve family members in decision-making and provide guidance to ensure everyone is well-informed throughout the care process.

At Angel Hands, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for patients facing serious illnesses, giving them the support they need to live more comfortably.
