Angel Hands Hospice and Palliative Care is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care that enhances the quality of life for patients and their families.
We focus on comfort and dignity: addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and with every day needs or concerns through individualized care plans.
Our team of dedicated professionals including Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, Chaplains, Certified Nursing Aides, Transitional Support Specialists, and Volunteers who work collaboratively to support each patient and their loved ones.
We are committed to fostering a supportive community, encouraging active participation in care decisions, while upholding honesty and transparency in all interactions.
What We Do
We offer:
Hospice Care: Holistic, team-based care for those with a terminal diagnosis.
Palliative Care: Comfort-focused support for individuals with chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
Volunteer Support: Compassionate companionship, legacy projects, caregiver relief, and more – delivered by trained volunteers.
Bereavement Services: Grief support for families and caregivers during and after the hospice journey.
